I’m reading some stuff right now and something about Pete and Myka caught my attention that I read completely different!

Wiki reads: Myka becomes very close to her new partner, Pete Lattimer, and although they appear to agree that what they have is a deep friendship, Myka becomes visibly upset when she overhears Pete professing his love to his girlfriend at the end of the second season.

Um, yeah! Her girlfriend (Helena G. Wells) just broke her heart and her trust. She’s jealous that Pete has found a good woman (though we all know Helena is good) and has found love. Myka is feeling betrayed by HG, and therefore…say it with me again…jealous!

EDIT: When I say jealous, I don’t mean she wants Pete, kind of jealous. Just that everything is going well for him in his relationship, and not in hers.

The only thing that makes sense is that they are professing their love, but not about each other. It doesn’t once say it’s about them being in love with one another. It may also say that they are dancing around it. But yeah, we can see why Myka would be dancing around telling Pete about her and HG. But I’m sure she feels like it’s time and she’s been bottling it up. If it had been about Myka and Pete, Eddie would never have made that tweet about it. And since Myka’s only relationship thus far has been with HG, then this reasoning is the only logical one. It’s not even selfish this time. I’m quite proud of myself for that.

Beyond this, I want to go on to say that I feel they (Myka/HG) probably did have a physical relationship. And if we get HG back (and it’s not by the time turner) then it will be in flashbacks. So how great would it be if it flashed back to intimate moments?

Okay, selfish me again spoke. Sorry about that. 

Anyways, I don’t want to worry about Pete and Myka because I see them as siblings. But I wont lie when I say I’m nervous that we’ll never see HG again, for more than flashbacks. Someone, say it isn’t so.
